1-2-1 Angelic reiki
The session begins with a sound bath to create relaxation before working on aligning Chakras.
Once relaxed, the healing begins using Angelic light, taking you through Chakra alignment. The results leave you feeling grounded, cleansed & cleared of any old, stagnant energy.
The session is then finalised with a reading of Angelic Tarot Cards.

Sound Bath Therapy is a wonderful way to gently release stress, tension & negative energy that prevents you leading the life you want.
The sessions enable you to relax, help you to connect both the mind & body by harnessing the power of sound frequencies, allowing you to heal from within.
For most, one session with Patsy is all it takes to unblock & release those negative thought patterns which so often affect our well being. For many, coming to the sound bath once a week enables clarity & peace, it is a great method of relaxation & is key to making yourself a priority.

'Mini + Me' Fun Days
'Mini & Me' fun days are held every month for families wanting to spend some quality time together.
We welcome children of all ages to our special day. We introduce fun ways to exercise together including Yoga & Meditation, as well as some light exercise for all abilities.
It is a great session to take our little ones away from modern life & technology & a great way to spend some quality time together.
What Patsy offers:

- 1:1 Reiki Healing Sessions - to connect on a deeper level & offer a more personalised focus
- Corporate events, bespoke training days & weekend management bonding courses
